Founded in 1950, Qingdao Cable Co., Ltd.,former Qingdao Cable Works, has the experience of more than 70 years in the production of wires and cables, with the registered trademark of"Qinglan" and "Qing Kai". In March of 2001, the state-owned Qingdao Cable Works was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name of Qingdao Cable Co., Ltd.The products of the company,with the registered trademark of "Qinglan",were certified as the Qingdao Famous Products in 2003.In the year of 2004,The appraisal Commission of enterprises credit of Shandong Province and Qingdao City appraised the company as"AAA" Credit Enterprise.
As the Enterprise of High and New Technology of Qingdao, Qingdao Cable Co., Ltd. Has been manufacturing high quality products with the advanced equipments and complete inspection instruments. The company has been awarded the certificate of approval of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001,and has been certified by the multinational companies of Alcatel-Lucent, GE, TE, AMPHENOL, VALMONT, MOLEX etc., parts of the products are used in AP1000 nuclear power station of Westing House, and has been maintaining good business relations with these multinational companies.
The products of the company include nation standardpower cables of 35KV and below and UL certified cables, which are widely used in the industries of electricity and power, telecommunications, petroleum and chemicals, metallurgy and construction. The company has maintained UL, cUL, CSA standards with various cable types, such as Nylon sheathed cables THHN/THWN/THWN-2, Irrigation Cables, and Low Smoke Non-halogen cables and so on.
